Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locums Needed in Centralia, Illinois

Requirements: Active Illinois License & DEA
Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Illinois. The clinician will be required to hold an active Illinois State license & DEA.
- Schedule: 4-10-hour shifts per week
- 3-Month Assignment
- Compensation: $95/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
- Location: Centralia, Illinois
- Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
- Working with an Underserved Population
- No Calls or Weekends
