Job Category Retail Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry level position and an integral part of a team servicing vehicles. This role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program discount. Pay Range: $14.52 - $21.78. Responsibilities Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems. Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services. Install and perform tire maintenance. Install batteries and shock absorbers, and check electrical systems. Road test vehicles. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Valid automobile drivers license at all times; able to drive customer and company vehicles. Experience in the automotive service industry preferred. Reading, writing, and math skills.
