In this role, you will handle incoming service requests from retail locations, create and update work orders, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and provide timely customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the service process. Job Responsibilities: Receive and process service requests through phone, email, and work order systems. Create, update, review, and dispatch work orders to internal teams and external vendors. Coordinate service requests based on location, urgency, and customer needs. Communicate with retail locations regarding work order status, service updates, and scheduling. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data within work order management systems. Provide administrative support, reporting assistance, and customer service in a high-volume environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative support preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to work professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
