What Youll Do

As a Private Duty Home Care Nurse you will:

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients homes
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Manage IV infusions and vascular access devices
• Provide wound care and dressing changes using evidence-based practices
• Perform PEG/G-tube feeding and enteral nutrition management
• Provide catheter and ostomy care
• Promote patient safety dignity comfort and independence

Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience with the following is preferred:

• IV infusion therapy
• Access maintain and de-access PICC lines and implanted ports.
• Wound care
• Tube feeding (PEG/G-tube)
• Tracheostomy care
• Medication management
• Catheter and ostomy care
• Home health private duty hospice rehabilitation long-term care or acute care

Qualifications

• Current active Savannah or South Carolina RN license
• PICC and implanted-port access experience required.
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island service area

Schedule & Flexibility

• PRN / Per Diem
• Flexible scheduling
• Day evening overnight and weekend shifts available
