Senior Tax Associate | Austin | Hybrid | $85k to $95k

3 years’ Public Accounting Experience Required + CPA Eligible

You’ll be joining a well-established firm with a flat management structure so if you’ve got plans to move up to Manager level you won’t have to jump through a million hoops to get there, your progression will be in your full control with transparent and realistic targets to get there.

At this small mid-size firm, you will take on a varied position where you’ll be working alongside some of the most Influential people in Austin from start-up tech companies to well established professional services clients, you’ll get exposure to a varied position as a Tax Manager where you’ll focus on the preparation of tax returns along with some review exposure.

During busy season you’ll be doing maximum 60 hours for a week or two with the rest staggered between 40-50 hours weekly and only 35 hours outside of busy season, so you’ll still get the work-life balance along with the variety of work.
