Job Duties

• Receive and prepare aged pepper mashfor the blending process.
• Operate blending and mixing equipmentto produce TABASCO products according to established recipes.
• Weigh and measure ingredientsaccurately to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Handle, move, and transport pepper mash barrelsusing a forklift, grabber attachment, or similar equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitationof the blending area and equipment.
• Store ingredients properlyand ensure materials are available for production.
• FollowGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)and all safety procedures.
• Perform quality checks.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Able to pass a Forklift Training Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
