Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (Monday/Wednesday 10:00am–6:30pm; Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7:00am–3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Maintain accurate, timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, managing approximately 11 patients per day
• Design functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities across Ortho, Aquatics, and Oncology specialty areas
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
• Adhere to the applicable State Practice Act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in good standing (Maryland)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, goal writing, and compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment and uphold professional standards and codes of conduct

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Orthopedics, Aquatic Therapy, or Oncology rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and high patient-volume environments
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional organization involvement
