A Typical Day Reporting to the Sales Contact Center Supervisor, the responsibilities include performing key functions within the sales organization including conducting outbound calls to borrowers as well as proper routing of inbound customer calls to appropriate groups. The Sales Contact Center Supervisor will:

• Perform high-volume of outbound calls to specific sales campaigns
• Emphasize benefits of Pennymac competitive advantages to highlight how they are beneficial to customer's needs and provide appropriate rebuttal options as applicable
• Answer inbound calls from potential borrowers in a timely manner and route calls appropriately
• Ensure data integrity and documentation within required systems
• Adhere to assigned schedule, meal and rest breaks
• Act in accordance department performance expectations and demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

What You'll Bring

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a phone-based role involving customer interaction or handling customer transactions is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential borrowers
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below: Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
