Key Responsibilities Partner with other Project Managers who report to Director of Ops – will shine individually and as a team member Manage CapEx projects from conception to completion Will travel to 4-5 other sites (up to 40% overnight) Support the company's continued growth by successfully executing projects that improve facility performance, efficiency, and long-term operational success. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate holds: Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3+ years of Project Management experience within feed manufacturing, grain handling, milling, livestock nutrition, agriculture processing, or a closely related industry. Experience managing capital (CapEx) projects from concept through completion. Proven ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee project execution. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, facility managers, contractors, and vendors. Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight to support projects across multiple locations. Location & Travel This position can be based in the Oklahoma City, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Fort Smith area.
