Litigation Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Adams & Martin Group A California based law firm in the Roseville area, is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary/Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to support our litigation team. Recent complex civil litigation experience is preferred; a paralegal certificate is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendaring and court deadlines
- Draft, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence
- E-file documents in state and federal courts in compliance with applicable rules and procedures.
- Perform transcription/dictation for Attorney
- Assist with trial preparation tasks
- Coordinate attorney schedules and assignments
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of legal practice software
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
