Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Operators in Miami, OK. While working as a Production Operator for Adecco, you will earn $15.00-$16.00 per hour , depending on shift, plus other great benefits!

 

Are you safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to join a fast-paced manufacturing team? In this role, you will help produce high-quality plastic products used in a variety of applications while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

 
Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday, $15.00/hour

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday, $16.00/hour

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday, $16.00/hour
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 6-12 months of manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to read, communicate effectively, and follow verbal and written instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Must wear slip-resistant composite-toe shoes

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive parts from production machinery and assemble finished plastic products

• Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards

• Report non-conforming products to production leadership

• Assist with sorting and reworking products as needed

• Perform basic testing and packaging of components

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

 

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment

• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment while using required safety equipment

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
