Market Intelligence Analyst, Cranial and Spinal Technologies - Multiple Locations

Medtronic seeks a Market Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain procedure market models for spine and cranial technologies, execute competitive research, and deliver data-driven insights to support marketing, R&D, and business development decisions across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain segment-level market models tracking procedure volumes, pricing, market size, and competitive share
- Execute primary and secondary research to analyze technology adoption trends and competitive dynamics
- Define and track success metrics for medical education programs and new product launches
- Prepare quarterly market share and investor relations deliverables on fixed close calendars
- Build Power BI reports and datasets enabling self-service market insights for cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience, or advanced degree
- Advanced Excel proficiency including modeling, lookups, and pivot tables
- Experience in market research, market sizing, competitive intelligence, or financial analysis
- Power BI and SQL experience preferred; Snowflake experience valued
- Strong written communication skills for reports and executive summaries
- Familiarity with syndicated healthcare data sources or medical device industry
- Ability to learn new tools, data sources, and technical subject matter quickly
