Key Qualifications: Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Washington state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility) Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and counseling preferred Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures, including IEPs and 504 plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills Organized, flexible, and passionate about student well-being Primary Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive student evaluations and assessments Interpret testing data and develop effective recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions Participate in IEP meetings, Eligibility, and Child Study Teams Consult with teachers, parents, and administrative staff regarding student needs Provide direct individual or group counseling services to students Contribute to building-wide interventions and school policy planning Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements Imagine the rewards of supporting students' success while enjoying the flexibility and support that comes with a contract position.
