We're looking for motivated individuals who want the coaching, structure, and support to start building a productive real estate career. If you're newly licensed or currently working toward your license, this is an opportunity to learn directly from agents who are actively producing in today's market.

You'll learn the daily activities that drive a real estate business, including prospecting for buyers and sellers, following up with potential clients, booking appointments, managing your pipeline, and guiding transactions from the first conversation through closing.

You'll also have a proven daily system to follow and weekly coaching designed to help you improve your skills, stay accountable, and understand what you should be working on to move your business forward.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce, and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is willing to consistently work toward building their business.

Candidates should already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, and using digital marketing strategies to build a robust client base.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve sales techniques and client service skills.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships, track leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or near completion of the licensing process.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
