Sales Assistant Coordinator

Thermo King of Dallas is now hiring a Sales Assistant Coordinator at 3323 Jane Lane, Dallas TX 75247. Assists in product inventory and coordination with all United Engines branches and customers regarding the requested product.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Product Coordinator in the purchasing of product inventory.
• Assist in shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
• Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Coordinate and distribute orders from time of order with the shop from all branches.
• Maintain a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of parts and inventory procedures and software.
• Must maintain United Engines Forklift Certification License (Training and Certification provided by employer)
