Compensation: $2277 - $2744 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities:- Delivering exceptional nursing care to mothers in labor and their newborns.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Providing support in Post-Partum units as required, up to 1-2 shifts weekly.
- Documenting patient information using the EPIC EMR system.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
- Current RN license in Iowa.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross.
- Certification in fetal monitoring from the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Experience in high-risk and high-acuity environments within a busy delivery center.
- Willingness to float to Post-Partum as needed.
This position involves working in a dynamic Labor and Delivery environment, requiring adaptability and teamwork.
