Job Title Clinical Specialist, VeriSight 3D Intracardiac Echo (OR/WA/ID/AK/MT) Job Description The VeriSight Intracardiac Devices Clinical Specialist will represent Philips’ VeriSight Pro 3D ICE (Intracardiac Echo Catheter) to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists. This new sales and clinical team commercializes the groundbreaking VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter, the first to miniaturize 3D imaging technology that powers TEE, offering best‑in‑class 2D and 3D imaging. Your Role Accountable for building, maintaining, and providing technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education for health care providers (HCP) and allied health professionals (AHP) around the VeriSight platform. Partner with VeriSight Regional & Territory Managers and other Philips business segments (Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management) to align activities with business objectives. Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and motivation to achieve personal and shared goals, with a high clinical aptitude and a solutions‑oriented selling and educational mindset complemented by strong communication skills. Become an expert on 3D ICE across multiple clinical procedures and use consultative education techniques to identify customer needs, support opportunities, and partnerships within assigned geographies. Support evaluation of new products, provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to company‑sponsored clinical/marketing trials, registries, and educational events. Consistently improve clinical acumen, product knowledge, and sales/education skills to maximize customer support capabilities and engagement. You're The Right Fit If You are a Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with experience in an IC/EP clinical environment. You have 2+ years of clinical echocardiography lab experience, including use of ultrasound consoles (preferably Philips EPIQ) and advanced knowledge of technology and the business landscape. You possess: Knowledge of the medical device industry and associated product portfolios, preferably within structural heart and/or electrophysiology therapies market. Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with confidence to engage key stakeholders such as physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain personnel to present a value proposition. Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders and the ability to determine customer needs and communicate them to Field Sales and Marketing Teams. You have a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience. You are an effective communicator, self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit, problem‑solver, and a dedicated learner eager to build new skills. You meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements necessary for this sales position. Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight and locally throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. How We Work Together This field role requires full‑time presence at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The company’s office‑based teams work in person at least three days per week. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential ranges from $154,000 to $190,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance.
