Required Skills: Valid and active Washington State medical license or IMLC license Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic services Excellent communication and patient management abilities Ability to accurately document patient interactions and call back hours in electronic health records Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages Additional certifications in women's health or obstetrics and gynecology Past experience in hospital rounding and outpatient clinics Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of OB-GYN practice experience Prior work in hospital-based settings or outpatient clinics preferred Other Requirements: Commitment to maintaining a clean professional history and malpractice coverage Ability to provide documentation of patient contact hours and callback activities for audit purposes Willingness to participate in the on-call schedule (call Every 1:3) with support for remote call-in services—physicians are not required to be on-site during call support unless necessary Flexibility to work full-time in clinic, including Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, with scheduled call hours Travel and licensure-related reimbursements provided when applicable Embark on a rewarding career journey with us and help improve women's health outcomes.
