Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver engaging and effective psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs. \n
- Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students and interns, guiding them through their clinical development and offering feedback on their casework. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address complex mental health issues. \n
- Maintain meticulous client records and documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and accurate reporting. \n
- Engage in professional development by staying up to date with current research, best practices, and advancements in mental health therapy. \n
- Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness of mental health resources and improve access for underserved populations. \n
You will work primarily with adult clients battling various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. The patients served may come from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural competency and an understanding of different life experiences. Your approach will focus on creating a safe space for open dialogue and promoting positive interpersonal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent certification. \n
- Professional liability insurance to practice independently. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for promoting mental health. \n

- At least two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy. \n
- Experience supervising or mentoring mental health students or interns is highly desirable. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. \n
