Law Clerk Full Time

We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a part‑time or full‑time Law Clerk to join our fast‑paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will assist attorneys and other individuals with filing evictions. Compensation $25.00‑$32.00 hourly Responsibilities Drafting legal notices and letters Assist attorneys with drafting motions and preparing discovery Assist in case intake, reading and reviewing leases, legal forms and correspondence File management Contacting clients as needed to obtain missing case‑related information Performing additional legal administrative duties as needed by the department Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Current law student in the process of obtaining J.D. Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail Extensive data experience with a high level of accuracy Comfortable speaking with business professionals Self‑starter who can succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with minimal oversight Strong organizational skills; ability to multi‑task and follow up with clients Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm The Following Qualifications Are Preferred Legal Admin experience ProLaw experience Schedule This position is open to candidates seeking either part‑time or full‑time work and will be onsite.
