Kitchen Operations Team (Days) Chick-fil-A York Road & Hunt Valley are high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurants serving the Cockeysville, Lutherville-Timonium & Hunt Valley communities. Job Description and Duties Chick-fil-A kitchen team members perform food preparation duties including cooking & preparing menu items, meal assembly & bagging, making drinks & shakes, and acting as a food expeditor. Additional duties include unloading deliveries, restocking supplies and maintaining a clean store environment. Team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations and possess positivity, diligence, excellent communication and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate has food service experience working in a fast-paced kitchen. Shift Openings Full and Part Time positions available. 5am - 4pm Monday – Saturday Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work Fridays / Saturdays Must be 18+ years old Experience in food service and a fast-paced kitchen strongly preferred Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own Must be physically fit and flexible and be able to: work on your feet for at least 5 hours at a time twist, turn, stoop and bend over lift 50 lbs walk while carrying heavy items, pushing trash carts, etc. Salary and Compensation This position offers compensation of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience.
