HL7 Integration Engineer

GE HealthCare seeks an HL7 Integration Engineer to design, configure, and implement healthcare system interfaces for perinatal products. The role involves collaborating with customers and IT vendors on integration projects while supporting process improvements in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and test interfaces for perinatal system products
- Manage integration of hospital IT systems with GEHC products across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with external customers and vendors to develop system interfaces and specifications
- Develop and improve interface tools, products, and implementation processes
- Support process improvement initiatives using Heartbeat Systems and Lean Principles
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7 years relevant experience
- HL7 Cloverleaf Level 1 certification or minimum 3 years HL7 experience
- Project management experience
- Basic networking and Windows Server environment experience
- Programming experience with TCL, PowerShell, Python, XML, or C
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including AI tools
Compensation: $112,800-$169,200 base annual, plus performance-based incentive compensation
