US Foods is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our wholesale distribution workforce. In this role, you will partner with leaders to drive a performance-driven, safety-focused culture through effective employee relations, talent acquisition, coaching, and performance management. You will administer HR policies and benefits, ensure compliance with employment laws, support training and development, and use HR data to guide decisions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting frontline and corporate teams that helps our associates and customers Make It every day.
