Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN $50/hr | Flexible 2–8 Hour Shifts | Weekday & Weekend Coverage

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking PRN Physical Therapists to provide weekday and weekend coverage across our Skilled Nursing Facility locations. This is a great opportunity for a PT looking to earn additional income, maintain a flexible schedule, and work with a supportive, therapist-led organization. Work as little as two hours per shift or up to eight hours—choose the availability that works best for you.

What You Bring

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health is a plus; training is available
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care
