Salary $140,000 - $180,000 (Sign on bonus + project milestone, profitability and annual discretionary performance bonuses) All standard insurance benefits + 401(k) You will be working for a heavy civil contractor that has quietly built a massive footprint in the water and wastewater space. If a municipality needs a complex treatment plant overhauled, a new lift station built, or miles of large-diameter pipe laid, these are the guys getting called to get it done. What You’ll Do Drive Project Success: Oversee complex municipal projects, including water/wastewater treatment plant upgrades, large-diameter pipelines, lift stations, and pump stations. Master the Operations: Lead contract administration, CPM scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and monthly progress reporting. Build Key Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating trust and collaboration with municipal clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
