Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse) - CVOR
City/State: Houston, Texas
Shift: 8H Days 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, M-F, with call minimum 1 weekday & 1 full weekend per month, possibly more
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 09/21/2026
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN for the CVOR unit. The position requires circulating in a high-acuity, nationally-recognized Cardiovascular and Thoracic program. RN must be skilled in handling complex cases and collaborating with a variety of surgeons in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Circulate in the CVOR for various surgical procedures, including CABG, MVR, AVR, and kidney transplants.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of medical professionals.
Requirements:
- RN and BLS certifications required.
- 3 years of CVOR circulating experience.
- Scrub experience preferred but not required.
- ACLS, BLS Certification.
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes.
