We need a Director of Nursing who understands that leadership means more than policies and paperwork. This role requires someone firm and fair, but also deeply compassionate toward patients, families, and the staff who work tirelessly beside you. When the pressure is on and the work gets hard, you'll be the leader who rolls up their sleeves and steps in while inspiring your team to push through because the work matters.
