Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in New York
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Comfort working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to student health and safety

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver day-to-day healthcare support to preschool students
• Administer first aid, medications, and necessary medical procedures in accordance with student health plans
• Monitor and respond promptly to health issues or emergencies during school hours
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation per school policies
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure a safe environment
• Educate students and staff about wellness and preventive health practices

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
• Initial commitment from June 1 to June 25 (end of school year)
• Option to extend into the summer session (July-August)
