This full-time position works Wednesday - Saturday, 11am – 9:30pm. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness. What You’ll Do Provides pick-up and delivery services for all DME and oxygen equipment to patients and families. Instructs clients as to the proper use of equipment. Responsible for the final inspection of equipment prior to delivery. Completes home safety assessment relating to patients environment for safety purposes. Maintains quality compliance and adheres to all infection control practices and policies. This position involves direct contact with patients and families so must communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer service. Why Join Empath Health? Must have good personal hygiene and be neat in appearance. Requires valid Florida driver’s license, a good driving record, and adequate insurance coverage. Must have an excellent knowledge of the Palm Beach County road systems. Works well under stress and can effectively handle multiple activities at once. Requires excellent interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
