As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents. Key Responsibilities Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise Caregivers and Medication Technicians, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies. Conduct new employee orientation, complete caregiver skills checklists, and lead daily staff huddles. Resident Care & Service Coordination: Coordinate and track in-services, maintain an annual in-service training calendar, and ensure consistent performance feedback and coaching.
