Senior Program Manager - WMS

Senior Program Manager – Warehouse Modernization (Manhattan Active WMS) We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise warehouse modernization initiative focused on implementing Manhattan Active WMS and standardizing global warehouse operations on a cloud-based platform. In this role, you will own the overall program strategy, governance, execution, and deployment while partnering with business leaders, IT teams, and external implementation partners to deliver measurable business value. Contract Duration: 6 + extension (program expected to run 3–5 years) Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid) Start Date: July Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, roadmap development, budgeting, and execution for a global warehouse management transformation. Manage cross-functional workstreams across warehouse operations, supply chain, ERP, systems integration, infrastructure, data migration, testing, cybersecurity, change management, and training. Drive program execution by managing dependencies, risks, issues (RAID), and executive decision-making. Oversee implementation partners and vendors, including financial management, resource planning, contract performance, and delivery oversight. Ensure successful solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization. Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance to maintain alignment, transparency, and overall program health. Drive user adoption, operational readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple deployment waves. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs, ideally within supply chain, warehousing, or distribution. Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and global deployments. Strong understanding of SaaS implementations, warehouse operations, systems integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and organizational change management. Expertise in program governance, financial management, integrated planning, RAID management, and executive reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading Manhattan Active WMS implementations. Knowledge of Manhattan Active Supply Chain solutions and phased SaaS deployment methodologies.
