Concrete Foreman

Overview BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is a Florida-based marine and civil construction company specializing in high-quality, efficient, and safe project delivery. We are currently seeking skilled Concrete Foreman/Finishers to join our growing team. Job Summary As a Concrete Foreman/Finisher, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete such as floors, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. You must be able to work efficiently with a team and perform physical labor in outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities Set forms to required pitch and depth; ensure alignment, elevation, and contour Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels Apply curing compounds or other surface treatments as needed Patch voids and use chisels or grinders to smooth high spots Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist in site cleanup and material handling as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in concrete finishing or general concrete work Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications Familiar with hand tools, power trowels, and finishing equipment Must be physically able to perform demanding work (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required Willingness to travel for non-local projects if required #J-18808-Ljbffr BDI Marine Contractors
