Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Full-Time School-Based LPN in Lakeland, WA . $38-$42/hour W-2 position with year-round benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO & 401(k) Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience required Active Washington LPN license and current CPR/BLS required This role provides direct medical support to a student during the school day, including monitoring, medication administration, documentation, and coordination with school staff and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ health and wellness. Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for nursing services Provide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA’s code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s Qualifications Must hold a current license to practice in the state of residence/state of placement Have successful experience working with culturally diverse families Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience required HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
