Mining, Aggregate, or Heavy Industrial Leadership Experience is Preferred.

We're looking for a motivated Crew Lead to help lead our mining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

As a Crew Lead, you'll supervise a team of approximately 15 employees, promote a strong safety culture, and work alongside operations to ensure production goals are met while maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a production crew to safely achieve daily operational goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Coach, train, and mentor operators to help them succeed and grow.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and mining regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
• Coordinate with plant leadership and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in mining, aggregates, manufacturing, or another heavy industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• A proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Familiarity with MSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A safety-first mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
