BCBA Lead: Mentor RBTs & Elevate Pediatric ABA Therapy

Westside Children's Therapy in Joliet, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead therapy programs, assess client progress, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children. You will mentor RBTs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, complete documentation such as evaluations and progress reports, and maintain a targeted caseload of about 28 hours per week.
