Join a newly developed hospital orthopedic service line in Iowa with the autonomy to build your practice within an established referral framework. You'll have dedicated OR access, advanced MAKO robotic technology, and strong clinical and administrative support as the service line grows.

• 730K Guaranteed Salary: Receive a guaranteed 730,000 salary with total compensation potential up to 1,400,000 and a 100,000 signing bonus.
• MAKO Robotic Technology: Utilize MAKO robotics along with dedicated block operating time across four operating rooms.
• Flexible Schedule: Choose a 4 or 4.5-day workweek within a hospital-employed orthopedic surgery model.
• Practice Development: Build your patient base within an established referral framework while working with strong clinical and administrative support, including a dedicated pain anesthesiologist.
