Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and observations Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program and certification as a Nursing Assistant 0 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant (new graduates welcome to apply!)
