Join us at North Country Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom. We currently have a scrub tech position available for our 4-room OR, with shifts from 7a-3:30p, Monday through Friday, including call duties. As a Surgical Tech, you will play a vital role in our operating room team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and surgical support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room
• Preparing patients for surgery and ensuring their comfort
• Participating in department quarterly education sessions
• Taking call as required

Requirements for this position include:

• Proven experience as a Surgical Tech in an OR setting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to take call and attend education sessions
