Holds procurement delegation and signs IWTA agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.This position supports Intra-Work Transfer Agreements (IWTA) between LM Aero and LM RMS within the Sustainment portfolio.Basic QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or universityDesired Skills• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
