Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you’ll contributeAssess speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence-based tools.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.Educate and support patients and their families to ensure understanding of therapy objectives and progress.Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes with accuracy and clarity.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate high quality, patient centered care.Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth department operations.What we’re looking forMaster’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC SLP).Active CPR certification.Strong communication abilities, excellent clinical judgment, and a patient focused mindset.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
