ArchWell Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its new, innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Tucson, AZ.

Job Highlights:
Outpatient position only
\n Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - NO WEEKENDS!
\n Small panel sizes that allow our providers to focus and build relationships with their patients
\n Full supportive care team that enables our providers to spend dedicated time with each patient
\n Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
\n State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

\n Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. graduates
\n Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
\n Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
\n Physician must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Medical Board
