What You'll Do

• Assess and develop treatment plans for children ages 0-3 within the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, including activities of daily living, neuromuscular, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial interventions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support developmental goals
• Document progress and ensure compliance with best practices and regulations
• Educate families on therapy techniques and home programs
• Participate in discharge and transition planning for pediatric patients

What You Need

• Valid occupational therapy license
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children ages 0-3

• Knowledge of sensory integration, neuromuscular, and psychosocial therapies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to engage young children and their families effectively
