Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for performing analytical requests, reporting and analysis, and assisting with modeling activities to help manage risk and minimize credit and operating losses. Key responsibilities include overseeing portfolio trends, developing data sets or queries to extract data, and supporting the production of internal and external reporting needs. Job expectations include effectively driving information and insights which have significantly impact regulatory, financial accountability, and directly impact to business policies and goals.Responsibilities:Develops and executes reporting to allow risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage risk in an effective mannerIdentifies trends and manages the data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics to ensure alignment with business strategiesParticipates in various product strategic initiatives affecting multiple risk functions and lines of business to ensure company goals are metFacilitates the development of database production processes and performance reports for senior management, using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate dataResponds to complex ad-hoc requests for information from both internal and external partiesCoordinates cross-functional efforts to remediate data quality issuesManages the outputs of controls and investigates alerts from the control checksThis role is responsible for leading the analysis and evaluation of complex data flows and business processes supporting critical enterprise activities. As a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert, the position leverages data analytics, process management, risk assessment, and technology capabilities to identify process weaknesses, data quality concerns, and operational risks, and to recommend strategies that improve the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of business outcomes. The role partners closely with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit to strengthen process performance and drive sustainable improvements.Responsibilities:Own and drive complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and operational controls to identify data integrity concerns, process defects, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending strategies that enhance the completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness of critical business processes.Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to evaluate process performance, resolve complex issues, and drive sustainable improvements.Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.Develop and deliver insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance, business risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to teammates in support of governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Learning Agility: Quickly assimilates new concepts, technologies, business processes, and regulatory requirements while adapting effectively to changing priorities and environments.Process Excellence: Applies a process-centric mindset to understand end-to-end workflows, identify inefficiencies, evaluate controls, and drive operational improvements.Data & Analytical Thinking: Leverages analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving techniques to evaluate data flows, identify trends and risks, and develop actionable insights that improve business outcomes.Risk & Controls Mindset: Applies risk-based thinking to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, process, and data-related risks while balancing business objectives.Technology & Innovation: Utilizes technology, automation, analytics, AI, and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen business processes, and enhance performance.Stakeholder Management: Builds strong partnerships across functions and influences stakeholders through collaboration, credibility, and shared accountability.Communication & Executive Presence: Strong relationship management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
