The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator is a core member of The Young Team's marketing division, responsible for executing the day-to-day content, materials, and operational tasks that keep our listing marketing, branding, and agent support running smoothly. This role is accountable for producing accurate, on-brand, ready-to-publish marketing materials across social media, email, print, and our Google Business Profile, and for using AI tools to work efficiently and independently.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this individual will execute listing marketing, social content, branding materials, and marketing operations across both the Core Young Team brand and the Luxury Division, and will support the Director of Marketing on ongoing marketing initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate is a fast, reliable executor with a sharp eye for design, strong organizational skills, and genuine fluency with AI tools like Claude.

Compensation:

$10 - $12 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Produce social media posts for new listings, price improvements, open houses, and other listing-related marketing

• Execute email marketing for listings, when applicable (Just Listed, Price Improvement, Broker's Open)

• Create property brochures for active listings

• Review all listing marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before they go out

• Coordinate with agents and other departments as needed to keep listing marketing on schedule

• Post repurposed content on social channels from events and webinars

• Build and distribute marketing reports for listings

• Monitor and respond to Google Business Profile reviews

• Schedule and post team member birthday and work-anniversary content

• Produce branding-related social media and marketing content

• Create agent marketing materials

• Support new team member onboarding: email signature, bio, website update, and social/email introduction

• Order business cards for team members and other office marketing materials as needed

• Support the Director of Marketing on ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally including hands-on content execution

• AI-inclined, with hands-on experience using Claude (including Claude Cowork) and other LLMs in daily work

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp

• Understanding of U.S. residential real estate — how listings, transactions, and marketing timelines work

• Must have reliable internet access

• Familiarity with the MLS is preferred but not required

• Design experience in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Familiarity with the Ohio / Midwest residential real estate market is a plus

• Clear communicator and team player

• Strong eye for design and close attention to detail

• A problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently once given direction

• Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and sales

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter who takes ownership and collaborates well across teams
