Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Roswell, NM

This full-time (4 days/week) role offers flexibility, autonomy, and excellent earning potential while rounding in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate, timely documentation per regulations

Qualifications

Active NP or PA license in New Mexico with DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred (new grads welcome)
Strong clinical foundation and excellent communication skills
