Role Description The Sales Support Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Laurinburg, NC. This position involves supporting the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, maintaining sales data, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role will collaborate closely with production and design teams to address client needs and contribute to their satisfaction. Qualifications Administrative skills such as maintaining accurate sales records and managing documentation effectively. Customer service and communication skills to coordinate with clients, address inquiries, and provide proactive updates. Familiarity with sales processes, including generating quotes and managing purchase orders. Technical skills in using CRM systems, enterprise software, and data analysis tools. Problem‑solving abilities to manage challenges and provide support to internal teams and customers effectively. Goal‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and time‑management competencies.
