This full‑time position supports patients in Springfield, IL and surrounding areas and is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment. Minimum of one year healthcare experience Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Drug Screen Requirement Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
