Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will work on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters, collaborating with experienced partners and engaging with federal and state agencies. Duties Collaborate with partners on complex litigation and regulatory matters. Engage with federal and state agencies on behalf of clients. Support litigation involving water rights and permitting reviews. Defend litigation on federal and state permits. Requirements Three to seven years of experience in environmental law or general regulatory matters. Interest in mining and willingness to undergo training. Ability to support litigation matters effectively. Strong teamwork ethic and critical analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to excel under pressure and meet demanding schedules. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to waive in.
