Mancan Staffing is hiring for a results-driven finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting operations, and organizational leadership. Skilled in overseeing financial reporting systems, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and compliance while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards. Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide strategic recommendations that support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Experienced in preparing and presenting financial reports to executive leadership and boards of directors, developing annual budgets, and supporting long-term financial planning initiatives. Strong background in supervising staff, improving accounting processes, implementing financial controls, and maintaining compliance with fiscal policies and funding requirements. Adept at using accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and analytical tools to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities. Demonstrates excellent business judgment, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills while working collaboratively with executive leadership, management teams, and external stakeholders.

Position is located in St. Clairsville Ohio, Monday-Friday first shift hours. Pay is based on experience.
