Position Summary

Housekeepers are essential to maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the resort. This position is responsible for ensuring all areas of the resort are clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and restorative environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces.

• Maintain cleanliness of saunas, poolside areas, cabanas, and changing facilities throughout the day.

• Replenish toiletries, and other supplies as needed.

· Empty trash in all areas of the property.

· Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager on duty.

· Follow daily cleaning schedules and tasks set by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

· Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with training and safety guidelines.

· Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property.

· Collaborate with team members and other departments to support seamless operations.

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience a plus, but not required. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Comfortable working in a physically active role (bending, lifting, walking, standing). • Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a guest-facing environment. • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
